A Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Our one-night stay in the King Room was pleasant, but the furniture felt dated. We enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant, which offered tasty options. Note that room service could be more prompt. A great spot for a short getaway, just manage your expectations regarding amenities.

This place was just a great match for a short staycation in Hoffman Estates with real value for money. The ice in my bourbon was surprisingly freezer burned, which wasn't ideal. Be sure to request housekeeping during your stay.

Good, Good, Good

I was blown away by the friendly staff who went out of their way to. The rainfall shower in my King Room was like a mini spa retreat-so refreshing! Plus, the extended breakfast hours showed how much they care about their guests' comfort, especially after a late night.

I had a nice stay here! The gym was great with good equipment, and the bed was really comfortable. I was impressed by the quality of room amenities too! I’d return without a doubt.

Great stay with some bumps

The king room was equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. I appreciated the spacious seating area and linens provided. The bathroom had a modern shower which was nice. Staff were mostly helpful, and the gym equipment was top-notch. Maybe add more seating in the lobby?

Outstanding staff and incredible hospitality.

Staying here for a yoga retreat, I appreciated the comfortable bed in our king room, which made our stay much more relaxing. The elegant decor throughout the property created a welcoming atmosphere that added to our overall experience. Although there was a musty smell in some areas, the good gym equipment was a nice perk, allowing us to maintain our routine during the retreat.

The nearby Kyoto Japanese Restaurant was a delightful culinary escape, serving up savory sushi rolls that left my taste buds dancing. Also, the rejuvenating gym equipment made my workout sessions pretty stellar.

However, the musty smell in the fridge and shower caught me off guard, and locating dead bugs on the windowsill felt like a bit of a horror show. I also had a bit of a wait for my hair dryer, and let's just say, time waits for no one!

Family suitable for relaxation

Staff was super friendly, they helped us out with everything we needed. Ordered in room dining and the food was actually pretty good, not bad on the wallet either which is a bonus.

On the downside, the room had a kind of damp feel for a bit. Also, I think they could definitely use some upgrades in decor—it felt a little dated.

However, the hotel is undergoing renovations, which made navigation a bit tricky with detours. While the equipment in the gym was great, the overall feel of the hotel felt somewhat outdated.
